Arthur graduated from Auckland University in 1984 and has over 40 years of
experience in structural engineering, including 18 years in office, country, and senior
management roles. He has led structural design teams, managed projects, and
conducted structural investigations across institutional, residential, commercial,
industrial, mining, oil and gas, and aid agency sectors.
Arthur has worked in Australia, Cambodia, Fiji, Malaysia, New Zealand, Papua New
Guinea, Singapore, Vanuatu, Vietnam, and Yemen.
Arthur currently serves as the Managing Director of M&E Partnership.

Mark, a current IEPNG member, completed his Mechanical Services Automation
training in Sydney in 1981 and brings over 37 years of deep experience in building services engineering. He has led mechanical, fire, and automation design across
major sectors including shopping centers, airports, hospitals, high-rise commercial
buildings, sporting venues, and mining and has spent 12 years as General Manager of
M&E Partnership. Mark currently serves as one of the Directors of M&E Partnership.
Wemin graduated from Papua New Guinea University of Technology in 1997. Wemin was employed as a Senior Banking Analyst with ANZ Bank and then as an Administration & Finance Manager with Kenmok Ltd before venturing out to be selfemployed in 2005.
Wemin is the Proprietor of Spic n Span Ltd amongst other local firms. Wemin currently serves as one of the Directors of M&E Partnership.
